At Ownz, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund guidelines below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned within [7–14 days] of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Certain products such as nightwear, undergarments, and clearance/sale items are non-returnable due to hygiene and promotional reasons.


2. Process for Returns

  2. Provide your order details and reason for return.

  3. Our support team will guide you with the return process and shipping instructions.

  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within [7–10 business days].

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of wrong or damaged items.


4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only offered if the item received is defective, damaged, or the wrong size/color was delivered.

  • Exchange requests are subject to product availability.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Nightwear, undergarments, and clearance/sale items.

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Any product not returned in original condition.
